Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and 3-5 business day to receive your order once shipped.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, COWBOY CUDDLE CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, OR ANY DELAYS THAT MAY HAPPEN WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of your order being delivered. Meaning we need to receive the merchandise within those 7 days.
To qualify for a refund, item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging. Failure to comply with these requirements, will result in providing a store credit and not a refund.
If Customer would like an exchange, it will only be accepted for the same item. If for any reason, desired exchange size is not available in store, then a gift card will be issued as store credit.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING FEES

A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. You have 30 DAYS to use STORE CREDIT. Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a final sale.
